Looking for help on a Max BR1 MK2 Verizon issue. Data loads very slow and shows full signal for Verizon. Firmware is up to date. Verizon says its a Pepwave issue. Help please!
Hi. You are going to have to help us a bit here. When you say “full signal” that’s a bit vague. What is the SINR, RSRP and RSRQ you are seeing? Are these metrics stable or varying? Is the router fixed or mobile? Is the router showing LTE or LTEA? Roaming or not? What antennas are you using? What speeds are you seeing and how are you measuring throughput?
