Max BR1 MK2 Going Offiline

I have been running a Max BR1 MK2 for close to two years now and have never had it go “offline” Recently I added an AP One Mini for better coverage and still had great results. I also recently upgraded to firmware 8.1.0 build 4941 and since then I have had the unit go “Offline” twice where it was not recoverable via In Control 2 or direct IP into the device (AP on the Max was down) so I had to cycle power on the units to recover.
I have not experienced this failure before - has anyone seen this behavior lately and do you have a suggested corrective action?
