Firmware: 8.0.0 build 1429
It is unable to obtain an IP address from the OTR cellular data network. the sim works on other devices. When I call OTR the say that they looked into it and the last time pepwave had to remote into the device to get it working. The APN is the standard fast.t-mobile.com
