Max BR1 Mini Switched to Verizon and stopped working

Everything on the Web Admin page is all green and good to go after inserting the verizon sim card, however no device can get internet from the router…

EDIT: Confirmed on Verizon BYOD (Bring your own device) that the router and sim are compatible, it accepted all ID#s throughout the order process, which of course the sim is already active on an existing account.

EDIT 2: So it will now connect to the internet and I can use it fine. However, when a verizon phone is placed in the same spot where the router usually sits, Ookla tests the cell service there as 30mbs. When the router is placed back in its spot and a laptop hooked to it by Cat 6 Ethernet cable, the router cell speed is lucky to hit 4 mbs.

Are you able to ping from the WAN to using the Ping tool on the System tab?

It is likely the phone has a modem that is capable of connecting to a higher bandwidth LTE band than the MAX-BR1-MINI-LTE-US-T. The device can connect to 4G LTE Bands; B2, B4, B5, B12, B13.

I would need the signal levels and connected bands from both devices to let you know if your results are normal.
