MAX BR1 Mini stuck resetting

Hi all,

I have a problem with my BR1 Mini.
Both SIMS works fine on my mobile but as soon as I plug them in my BR1 Mini the connection status says resetting and never connects.

Hello,

You will want to check with your carrier to see what kind of plan those SIMs are on. My guess is that those SIMs are on a mobile plan, and the carrier is blocking the data as it is coming from a router. You may need to request new SIMs on a M2M plan or see what options they offer.
