After factory resetting this device several times, changing SIMs, moving them from A to B and vise versa, the cellular LED light will not illuminate and cabling into the device the WAN Connection Status is stuck with initializing (No IP Address)

Can you check the version of the lte modem?
You will need a WAN working connection.
Replace the standard

logon at your device
Go to NETWORK
Go to Port Settings
Check the settings for wan
Also… just to be sure…
You device it is primecare? Have you renew it?
Your device it is primecare, but you have a license to work, without or with primacare. (MAX-BR1-MINI-LC-FP)
Your device have a firmware version up to date. (8.3.0 or upper?)
