MAX BR1 Mini LTE Version not able to remote access CCTV footage on 4G Sim Card

Hi I would like to check if anyone have encounter remote access issue for CCTV Footage on the Max BR1 Mini LTE Version?

Model: Max BR1 Mini
Product Code: MAX-BR1-MINI-LTE-E-T-PRM

Scenario:

  1. Using 4G Sim Card not able to remote access CCTV Footage
  2. Using 5G Sim Card on the same model there is no issue in remote access of CCTV Footage

How are you accessing it remotely? Are you port forwarding from the IP of the cellular connection? If so its likely that the provider is using CGNAT on the 4G network and providing a public IP on the 5G network.

Hi Martin, Our customer is using CCTV Mobile App to do the access. Camera Brand is Reolink if that helps.
