I have a pepwave device that doesn’t seem to want to connect wirelessly or via erthernet. The device powers up fine and has a working SIM card in it. Status light is solid green, Wi-Fi light is nonexistence, and cellular light is solid green. I have tried hard resetting using small pin in the prospective slot. Still is not connecting.
The device is registered on my InControl organization.
Any ideas on how I can get this device back online to be able to connect it?

Do you mean you can’t connect a device to the LAN wired or wireless or that it won’t connect to the internet over ethernet / wifi wan?
If the latter, pop the SIM out, press and hold teh reset button for a 15 count to factory reset then connect a device to the LAN to access its default IP http://192.168.50.1 and upgrade the firmware to 8.3.
I did what you told me to do. The router seems to be connecting fine via Lan wired and wireless, which is great.
I am still unable to get this device to register my celluar SIM card. I have tried a T-Mobile and AT&T sim card. Getting an error “Unknown Physical Status” I have tried inserting the sims on both slots still same prompt.
Would like to point out the device is not taking the 8.3 update it said file size is exceed. It had the firmware 6.3.5 build 2763. I pushed the same update which brought the device online. Is this device the first addition Max-br1-mini-lte-us-t?
