I have a deployment of several hundred BR1 mini’s. We have several units that seem to have modems that have turned off or have no firmware. This was most likely caused by battery drain issues. I would like to know if it is possible to force them to accept firmware. All troubleshooting steps have been tried. Rollback of firmware did not work. It seems the SIM card readers are dead. Please advise.
