The indictor lights on the pepwave unit indicate it has cellular connectivity, pepwave “admin” dashboard also indicates connection to verizon wireless, but Incontrol shows no connection to the internet? It just stopped being connected 4 days ago

Can you ping from a device attached to the pepwave out to the internet.
It could be your data plan , or some websites are blocked.

I agree the plan may have something to do with this but why does the Pepwave Admin indicate cellular connection and the “inControl” show no connection?
