I have two minis (right out of the box) that will not complete a loop back test or work with 232 connection
we have many of these working now but these two will not work
latest firmware
cables are hooked up correctly
pin out is correct

@MRW-CRS, can you submit a ticket here for the Support Team to take a closer look?
Also, if you don’t mind, can you share how you do the loopback test on MAX BR1 Mini-RS232 connection?
resolved …issue was with meter
