MAX BR1 LTEA IP67 obtaining ip address problem

I have MAX BR1 LTEA IP67 with with a firmware 8.0.1 and active Verizon SIM card inserted. The sim card is detected with LTE/3G network with good signal but it keeps stuck “obtaining ip address”. As a side note: it was working fine before the thunderstorm damage our MAX BR1 exact model is replaced.

Any idea is appreciated please.

please open a ticket for your issue at https://ticket.peplink.com/

If you could connect your BR1 to Internet using Wi-Fi WAN, enable Remote Assistance (Status/Device/Remote Assistance/Turn on) and provide product serial number that would be the best way for Peplink engineers to debug your problem.
If not, provide at least a diagnostic report (Status/Device/Diagnostic Report/Download).
