Max BR1 LTE help vpn

I have 2 Max BR1 LTE and trying to use a VPN Tunnel between them
I get it going then it gets stuck and just say’s updating routes and stay’s there
any help

Do you have a unique network on each side?

all I have is on side a mac laptop and on the other a switch to laptop, camera and video switcher
I am trying to control them all from the first laptop

What @Ron_Case is asking you is this: Is the subnet on each side different? Or, are both the same, e.g., 192.168.1.0/24? Is it possible, for example, that you are trying to construct a L3 VPN using the default subnets?

oh got it, kind new to this
I have done nothing to the boxes other then start them up , set them up in the peplink menu
then tried to bridge them via Incontrol2

Yes. they need to have different network ranges (or subnets) so you could leave one as 192.168.1.1 and set the other to 192.168.2.1 for example.

ok, so I left 1 at 192.168.50.1/24,
went to the other and went into Virtual mapping changed it to 192.168.55.1
would that work

ok, did that
went into Incontrol2 set up VPN tunnel between the 2
1st Max BR1 say’s connect
2nd say conflict detected
does it still work or do I need to fix that conflict

If they have the same subnet behind them go to network=>lan, click the blue circle, turn on virtual network mapping
Now add one to one NAT mapping.
i.e. both pepwaves have 192.168.3.0/24
Pn one of them map 10.125.1.0/24 to 192.168.3.0/24
on the other map 10.125.2.0/24 to 192.168.3.0/24

Go to advanced=>OSPF and change advertising to the one to one mapped subnet (should already be selected)

What this means - every address is mapped to the different subnet say
192.168.3.67 on PWAVE-A can be reached over speedfusion from PWAVE-B on 10.125.1.67

192.168.3.67 pn PWAVE-B can be reached from PWAVE-A on 10.125.2.67

No conflict!

ok, that worked
they both say Connected
so if I have an IP camera on one with an IP address, I can see it on the other with the same IP address

Hi thanks for the help
now it is to sync things up ,they need to see the same network IP to work
so can I do that some how, that my base computer can see the IP camera on the remote network
