We are having problems with the GPS forwarding function of the Max BR1 LTE devices. It is setup to forward to UDP port 10945 but we can’t see any data hitting the external server .
Can you confirm you are seeing the map on the Dashboard page and/or on InControl2? If not, make sure the GPS antenna is connected and has LOS to the sky.
Otherwise you could do a packet capture from the support.cgi page and pump it into wireshark to confirm the data is leaving the BR1.
It could also be a firewall/port forwarding issue on the receive side as well.
