MAX BR1 ENT POE not working

Just purchased a Max BR1 ENT LTEA but can’t get either of the LAN ports to power one of my POE devices. Have enabled POE under network port settings, and even tried going back to the original 6.0.3 firmware. Currently runnign 7.0.2 and have tried both a Unifi AP AC PRO acces point as well as a Yealink T-21P E2 VOIP phone, both of which are 802.3af compiant I believe.

Is there a setting somewhere I’m missing to enable POE output from the LAN ports?

Are you using the 48VDC power supply? This is not included with the BR1 ENT and is available separately. Thanks
