I’m new to Pepwave. Got the router set up and apn plugged in correctly. cellular status says connected to AT&T but I’m not getting any internet. Please advise. I’ve tried everything I know to do, including talking with the company I bought the router from and my internet company.
Hmmm. Smells like a set-up issue.
- Can you post a screen shot of your Dashboard GUI? (This is the first page you see when you log on.)
- Have you set any outbound policies?
- What are your settings for health checks?
- Go to System → Tools → Ping and select “Cellular” for connection and enter 8.8.8.8 into the “destination” box. What are the results when you hit the “Start” button?
