Max BR1 ENT connection issue

I’m new to Pepwave. Got the router set up and apn plugged in correctly. cellular status says connected to AT&T but I’m not getting any internet. Please advise. I’ve tried everything I know to do, including talking with the company I bought the router from and my internet company.

Hmmm. Smells like a set-up issue.

  1. Can you post a screen shot of your Dashboard GUI? (This is the first page you see when you log on.)
  2. Have you set any outbound policies?
  3. What are your settings for health checks?
  4. Go to System → Tools → Ping and select “Cellular” for connection and enter 8.8.8.8 into the “destination” box. What are the results when you hit the “Start” button?
