Tried to activate router with verizon sim card and it said it did not support GPS.
Also, what’s the right sim card that i should be using for this unit. (size and plans)

It is because the IMEI is not loaded into their database. We bulk upload thousands of them at a time and it is common that some don’t take so we have to manually add it again. Go ahead and PM me your serial number or IMEI and I will get it loaded, it only takes around 20 minutes and then you will be able to activate it.
We use standard sized 2FF SIM cards.
