Hi there, please find a list of USA providers with their 3G MHz frequencies below.
Latest update of this list was 8th of August, 2016.

Verizon 3G: 850/1900
T-Mobile USA 3G: 1700/2100
AT&T 3G: 850/1900
Sprint 3G: 800/1900
Boost 3G: 800/1900
MetroPCS 3G: 1700/2100
VTel Wireless 3G: 1700/2100
Alaska Wireless 3G: 1900
New Mexico RSA 3G: 1700/2100
Iowa Wireless 3G: 1700/2100
Cordova Wireless 3G: 850
Cincinnati Bell 3G: 1700/2100
CTC Telecom 3G: 1700/2100
Big River 3G: 1700/2100

The Pepwave MAX BR1-AE-T supports 800/850/900/1900/2100 3G MHz frequencies.
Unfortunatly I do not know which providers uses what frequencies in which region.

Based on the supported frequencies, Verizon, AT&T or Sprint would be the safest ways to go.

Thanks for chiming in Joey!

This model does not have CDMA capability so it will not work on the Verizon & Sprint networks. You should be able to get a 2G/3G connection on AT&T or T-Mobile though.

Thanks.
