Our Balance 380 with 6.2.2 firmware began seeing multiple messages like this today. It happened several times. The internet provider does not see anything wrong.
The MAC shown is the WAN2 of the router. That is the WAN in use for this internet provider. The IP shown is the correct one for that WAN. There are no devices between the fiber modem, and WAN2.
48:34 the router flags the WAN as down due to DNS test
48:39 the router flags an address conflict. *(How would it show a MAC conflict with its own MAC address, while the WAN was disconnected?)
*
49:14 the WAN is reconnected
49:19 the same MAC conflict (the MAC shown is the device’s own MAC, so how can there be a conflict?)
Two hours later we had the exact same scenario. The router and connections have been installed for years with no issues before today.
