Long response times from owner

First off: Peplink themselves have dispatched and answered the ticket within a very short time. It’s only about the owners.

Hey, I created two support tickets this month. Neither of them have been touched or answered in any way by the owners so far. For one ticket, the last update is from March 6th and for the other, March 17th.

Is something like that normal?


Update 1: peplink looked into the ticket and responded to both of them.

Update 2:

One of my tickets is solved since friday. The second one is still on going, but peplinks support team gets back to me very quickly and we are working on a solution together!

Final Update:
Peplinks support team was able to solve both of my tickets. The second one was solved 3 days after creating this post.

It’s a bummer that the device owners didn’t respond but cool that peplink took the matter into their own hands. Thank you!
