Link downtime not adding up

I have a wireless broadband connection that appears to be suffering from packetloss–I get emails from my PepLink 310 about once a day that the link has bounced.

What’s odd is the timing between DISCONNECT and RECONNECT:

Disconnect: Fri, 01 Jul 2011 22:42:44

Reconnect: Fri, 01 Jul 2011 22:42:49

This is strange because my health check settings are:

Health Check Interval: 5 sec

Health Retries: 3x

Recovery Retries: 3x

So I would think the minimum time between failure and recovery is 5s x 3, 15 seconds.

What am I missing?

Hi Alexi,

Which firmware version are you using? Also, can you show us the disconnect/connect log that showing in Event Log of Web Admin?
