Limiting access of devises thr peplink balance?

So, I have a situation whereby I have three connections to the internet,
wan 1.wifi
wan 2. cellular data
wan 3. satellite

Option 1 and 2 are pretty low cost and every devise on my network and wifi network can access the internet, however option 3 the satellite is very costly and I only want one computer (the desk top ) to access the internet via this methord.

is there a way to set this up in the peplink balance?

You can accomplish this with the following outbound policy rules in the Balance:

  1. Source = IP address of desk top, Destination = Any, Port/Protocol = Any, Priority algorithm with all 3 WANs.

  2. Source = Any, Destination = Any, Port/Protocol =Any, Priority algorithm but do not include WAN3.
