License or warranty requirement for PepVPN

Hi I have a peplink MAX-BR1-LTE-E that’s just over a year old and warranty has expired. The PepVPN has stopped working which I didn’t expect - what do I need to renew or extend in order to make pepVPN work again?

many thanks

Roger

Hello,

The unit does not need to be in warranty for PePVPN to be established, or any of the devices features. If you have PePVPN configured from IC2, it would become un-manageable there and in turn would cause this behavior if you have IC2 managing your VPN setup. You can either purchase IC2 subscription to have the device manageable via IC2 or locally log into the devices web admin page and set PePVPN up there.

Hi, that’s really great to know, many thanks
