Hi all-
I have a Max BR1 Pro 5G working with a AP One AX. As for the scenario, I’m having challenges with Wifi connection speeds to 2x laptops. While I can receive 150mbps+ on multiple cellular (and other) devices on the same network, I only get get 3-5mbps on two newer Samsung laptops. Its only PCs that seem to be the issue but I don’t know how to fix it.
Any help would be appreciated.

BR15G is direct connect to APONE?
Can you check the ethernet status of connection? both devices?
Do you force your PC at 5GHz and check at the status of peplink devices is at 5GHz?
BR15G passes through unmanaged POE switch to APONE. I have it setup as a mesh network.
Both are connected, I’m not sure what else I can check?
I don’t force it to choose 5Ghz band, but the PC is currently on the 5G band.
Do you know how to access support page at two devices?

You did a MESH between the BR1 and APONE and at the same time you connect the APONE at LAN of the BR1?
I’m honestly not sure, I watched a few tutorials on the setup to make the configuration. I’m not a professional, so maybe I have the configuration wrong.

You need to share your screens here… or try to open a case with support ticket.
I’m fine with sharing my screens here. One other piece of information, when I go to create the mesh network between the BR15G and APONE, the speed increases on the laptops for a few moments, to around 150mbps. After a minute or so after the configuration change, it goes right back to 5 mbps on both laptops.
Appreciate your help.
A few notes:
Mesh disabled: laptops at 5mbps
Mesh enabled: laptops at 150mbps, but only for maybe 2 minutes, then back to 5mbps.
Please… Why you setup a mesh network to connect your br1pro to your apone, when you already have a direct cable connecting one to another?
I was testing, being I was still getting slow speeds on the laptops without the mesh.
Maybe… your network is in loop…
The apone and the br1pro are connect at same time, at direct cable connection and at the mesh!
Can you only try do disable mesh?
Yes, with it disabled, I am receiving 5mbps to the laptop and 150mbps to cellphone.

So… Looking this screen… the issue is not at WiFi(6).
Okay… Please… Can you move your phone and your PC to be close of the BR1PRO and look the same screen to check, both connect at BR1PRO NOT APONEAX?
