I would like to request that the network capture tool in the support.cgi page is configured to capture all traffic leaving or entering the LAN (promiscuous mode).

We have lots of l2 sfvpn connected to customer firewalls and it would be really useful to be able to see the traffic which is passing over the l2 tunnel so that we can confirm that it is, at the least, exiting the pepwave which is connected to their equipment.

At the moment we can successfully ping the device over the l2 tunnel but not see this traffic on the pepwave LAN.

I just do a quick check using the network capture tool via the support.cgi page. I can see that VLAN packets that sent/received from the LAN capture.

Possible for you to open a ticket for this and allow me to check why you can’t see the ping packets ?

we are setting up a test lab to check that we can replicate it and will get a ticket raised after that.
