Where can I purchase the LAN as WAN software license, and how much is it?

I would just like to say it would be really nice if we could just purchase these licenses through inControl2 for example. I am fighting with the Transit Mini trying to get them online as they are not recognizing the Verizon Sim cards (VZW does not recognize the IMEI as a valid device). For setting up a bunch of devices plugging them all into an Ethernet network is a must and all devices should have an actual WAN port. I would prefer to purchase a LAN conversion if the device has more ports as an example.
