L2TP Remote access Balance 380

Hi,

I’m setting up the remote access of the Bal 380 but can’t seem to connect to it from the outside. Please refer to the diagram and info below:

Port Forward in ISP Router:
UDP 500, 4500, 1701, 10000 forwarded to 192.168.1.254

Port Forward in Peplink:
UDP 500, 4500, 1701, 10000 forwarded to 10.1.1.1

IPsec NAT-T enabled (default)

Am I doing something wrong?

Why are you forwarding ports through the Bal 380 to the LAN? Are you not using the 380 as the L2TP server? You don’t need to forward anything on the 380.
