Background:
The SOHO MK3 with 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi AP enabled will experience some 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi clients (Old 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi / IoT devices) failed to re-associate back to the Wi-Fi AP issue after upgrading to firmware 8.1.2 GA (8.1.2 build 5011). Even fallback to 8.1.1 / 8.1.0, Wi-Fi 2.4Ghz devices still fail to re-associate.
Solution:
We have prepared the fix with the new GA firmware (8.1.2s052 build 5022) and it has been updated on the firmware download website. Please load this latest firmware to the affected unit(s).
Note:
Other SOHO variants are NOT affected.
