Details:
In firmware 8.6.0 GA, we discovered that a few routers with the GPS function are unable to display the location information in InControl 2. However, the router’s local Web Admin - Dashboard does see the map and has the GPX file, it is similar to the symptom described in this post.
This is found on the router models with certain cellular modules (LTE or LTE Advanced variants), that are running firmware 8.6.0 GA only. Other firmware versions are not affected.
We have prepared a special firmware (8.6.0s019) to mitigate the issue. The fix will be included in the next GA release, 8.6.1 (currently in Beta).
