Know the limit of connections?

I wonder what the limit of users connected to the AP ONE 300M without loss of performance . We have several antennas and some devices connected to the reduced capacity for here is a school and students exchange room . Needed to know if hinders its functioning even if students have connected without navigation . Know the limit of connections ?

The recommended numbers of users connected is 60 per WAP.

I know that Apple devices holds sign up exhausted it so my question regarding some users have even connected without use. The classrooms are very close and we have 72 antennas , would leave fewer SSIDs today if we wanted to reduce to 64 and 5 , I know the ideal fewer users are terms . But eventually have more users can realize the WAP ?
