Just learned about incontrol 2

Hello,

Just happened to come across this incontrol2 when configuring our pepwave max tranist for out Fire Station Apparatus. We currently have 2 and when i put the serials in for new devices they come back as offline and not updating any info like uptime, usage etc. Wondering if i did something wrong or have to config something else.

If they are out of warranty then you have to re-enroll in PrimeCare (if they are PrimeCare (the product code ends in -PRM) models) or add an IC2 subscription through EssentialCare (if they are not PrimeCare models). My understanding is that there may be a time limit for how long a unit may be out of warranty if you wish to renew the xxxCare subscription (Peplink | Pepwave - Forum).
