Peplink Innovators: Deployment Excellence Awards

We are excited to announce the inaugural Peplink Innovators: Deployment Excellence Awards — celebrating the most exciting, impactful and creative deployments from you!

This is your opportunity to showcase your interesting and innovative projects, and at the same time gain recognition within the Peplink community.

Maybe you’ve delivered a massive deployment across the world, solved a complex connectivity issue which no others could, or pioneered an innovative solution that couldn’t have been achieved without the power of Peplink.

We would love to hear your story, this is your time to celebrate with us and the whole Peplink community.

All submitted deployments will be reviewed by a panel of Peplink industry specialists who will shortlist the top three finalists in each category. These finalists will then be invited to present their deployment at the Peplink Global Summit in May 2025 in Amsterdam. Finalists who aren’t able to physically attend the awards can do their presentation remotely. The attendees of the summit will have the opportunity to vote and choose a winner for each category.

Procedures and Timeline

How to Enter

  1. Choose your category – Pick a category that best matches your project.
  2. Share about your project – Share photos, videos, and a detailed description of your deployment. Make sure to highlight the key features, challenges that were overcome, and any relevant statistics (e.g., number of devices, locations, or metrics like uptime or bandwidth).
  3. Send in your submission – Submit your entry here no later than March 31st, 2025.
  4. First round selection – A panel of judges, consisting of Peplink representatives and recognized community leaders, will review all entries and select 3 finalists for each category. The finalists will be announced on or before April 17th, 2025.
  5. Winner selection – On May 21st-23rd, 2025, we will be hosting the Peplink Global Summit in Amsterdam, where the Deployment Excellence Awards show will be held. Finalists will each be given 10 minutes to present their projects in front of the live audience, either in person or virtually depending on their attendance of the summit. After the presentations, the final winner will be determined by audience vote. All winners will receive their award during an award ceremony later that day.

  • Submission Deadline: March 31st, 2025

Rules for the Competition

Eligibility

  • The competition is open to all certified Peplink partners and customers who have deployed their own Peplink solutions.
  • All deployments must involve Peplink products and solutions.

Submission Categories

  • Interested parties may submit entries to one or more categories, but each category entry must be submitted separately.
  • The same project CANNOT be submitted to more than two categories.
  • Submissions should be based on deployments that were completed between January 1st 2024 and January 31st 2025.

Submission Requirements

  • Each submission must include:
    • Photos or videos of the deployment.
    • A detailed project description that includes the number of devices deployed, the locations, the problem solved, and the results.
    • Any relevant metrics or data (e.g., uptime, bandwidth, number of devices).

Please note: Submissions without images or videos will not be considered. Submissions where customer names can be disclosed are preferred.

Judging Criteria

Submissions will be judged based on:

  • Creativity and innovation in using Peplink solutions.
  • Scalability and efficiency of the deployment.
  • Impact on the customer’s operations.
  • Quality of the project documentation and media submitted.

Deadline

All entries must be submitted by March 31st, 2025. Late entries will not be considered.

Winner Notification

Finalists will be notified by email and announced on the Peplink forum by April 17th, 2025. Final winners will be chosen and announced during the Peplink Global Summit on May 21st-23rd.

Rewards

Winners will receive the following exclusive rewards:

  • A spotlight on Peplink’s social media channels
  • Coverage in Peplink’s online magazine
  • A mention in Peplink’s official newsletter
  • A chance to be a guest on the Peplink Podcast

Rights

By entering the competition, entrants grant Peplink permission to use submitted materials (images, videos, and descriptions) for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the Peplink website, social media, and case studies.

Category Breakdown

  1. The Largest Deployment

    Criteria: Most devices deployed across the most locations.

  2. Most Innovative Deployment

    Criteria: Most creative use of Peplink products to solve a unique challenge.

  3. Best Vertical Deployment

    Criteria: A deployment that solves an industry challenge, provides a solution template for industry problems, or brings unique insights to the table.

  4. Highest ROI Deployment

    Criteria: Deployment with the best return on investment (ROI), operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  5. Most Compelling, Rapid Deployment

    Criteria: Deployment completed in the shortest time frame with minimal issues.

  6. Best Remote or Challenging Location Deployment

    Criteria: Deployment in remote, rugged, or challenging environments (e.g., rural areas, disaster zones, scenic vistas).

  7. Best Starlink with Peplink Deployment

    Criteria: Best use of Peplink and Starlink technology to provide seamless connectivity in remote, rural, or hard-to-reach areas.

  8. Create Your Own Category

    Criteria: Have a unique deployment that doesn’t fit any of the other categories? This is your chance to define your own criteria and showcase a standout project worthy of recognition.
