I’m currently experiencing an issue with OpenVPN for remote users after updating our Balance 580X to firmware version 8.5.2.
After the update, users connecting via OpenVPN are able to access local network resources, but they are unable to connect to the internet. As a workaround, I tested using PPTP, and it works fine — both internet and local network access are available.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue with OpenVPN?
