Issue with Hosted PBX

need help here. im using peplink balance 380.
below is my network.

the issue is.

  • my algorithm not working ( I set any UDP 5060 and UDP 7000 - 9000 to Hosted SIP enforced to used WAN 2 )

Can you describe more on “algorithm not working”? Or you can open a support ticket here for the team to investigate further.

WAN 1 = 1.1.1.1 50MB UP/DOWN
WAN 2 = 2.2.2.2 30MB UP/DOWN

when i go to 202.43.XX.XX should enforced using WAN 2.
but my ip/connection still using WAN 1.

any configuration i miss here?

More than one way to do this:

  1. Force certain ports to the desired WAN as you are doing now. In my experience form SIP you need 5060-5064 and 10,000-20,000. Its possible your provider is using different, but those ranges work for every one I’ve tried.

  2. Force the IP of your provider.
