Issue with drops to SFC-SJC SpeedFusion Cloud instance

We are seeing multiple drops to SFC SFC-SJC instance throughout the day. Service is going out two separate 1 Gbit connections, separate ISPs. No issues with the internal network or the connection toward the Internet are appearing on either link.

I have opened a case on this as well.

Does anyone have advice or thoughts on what further troubleshooting we can do? Thank you in advance.
