B310 5G with a BOne is synergy mode is providing the Internet for a week long popup installation at a customer site.
The customer also provides a local LAN/WAN connection via ethernet.
During our test last week, we saw that the connection via the customer LAN/WAN was kind of working but not fully. We have two FusionHubs connected (Fallback), and to each FusionHub we have two Speedfusion Configs running. First one as DynamicWeightedBonding, the second one in WanSmoothing mode.
The issue we see is that the connection via the first config (DynBonding) was ok, the status page showed a steady connection also via the customer LAN/WAN.
But the second connection with the WanSmoothing config, we had the issue that the link showed up and went down again. Over and over again. Same when we used the locally provided Wifi as an additional WAN source.
So, has anyone an idea why this happens?
We have not seen this on other sites. Also the Celullar connections are stable as always on every tunnel config.
Is it because its using other port numbers and the comporate customer network might block additional UDP ports or so?
Or might there be any other config issues we can resolve?
What we actually want is the WanSmoothing connection. We just have always both connected and configured on our mobile setup for streaming from customer sites.
