Issue upgrading Peplink Balance 305 HW2 to 8.3.0 firmware

Hi,

I’m having issues upgrading a Peplink Balance 305 HW2 to 8.3.0 firmware, current firmware version is 8.0.0.

If I click on download and upgrade, it just sits at “Firmware check pending”

If I download the firmware file and try to do a manual upgrade, I get Error, invalid firmware image.

Any ideas?

Try a gradual update from 8.0.0 to 8.3.0. Here’s a few in between to try.

8.0.1

8.1.0

8.1.2

8.2.0
