We are trying to upgrade the firmware on our MAX BR2 Pro. We are going from 8.5.3 to 8.5.4. We have tried the Download & install and the manual install. With the download & install it will just sit there saying upgrading to firmware 8.5.4. We left it for over 2 hours with no change, sometimes it will open a progress bar, and get to 10% but no further. Again we have left it for an hour, and then refreshed the page it the progress bar will show 100%, if you then reboot it, it gives you the option to boot into the old or new version, if you click 8.5.4 it boots but then shows the current version as 8.5.3 and that it needs a firmware upgrade. Has any one had the same issue or have any idea how we can sort this please. Many thanks
