We submitted ticket 24070454 after encountering this error when upgrading the cellular module firmware on a BR1 Mini:
Peplink advised, in part, the firmware was actually current but “this is a known bug and will be corrected in our future releases.” The ticket was then closed.
This week we encountered the same issue again when bench-checking a similar device. I’m wondering what the outlook is to resolve this.
