Is AP One Rugged, Pepwave Surf SOHO, Peplink Balance One provided Band-Steering on WiFi?
It should be available for those models with Simultaneous Dual-Band Wi-Fi.
Example: AP One Enterprise with firmware 3.5.4

My SOHO Mk3 does NOT have that setting that I can find . I have also wondered if it did band steering.
We will include the Band Steering option for SOHO MK3 for new firmware.
