Is it possible to force a pc to get a specific connection with Peplink balance

Hi There,
I have 3 connection on my Peplink Balance and i need to test 1 connection without disconnection the other 2. So can i set 2 or 3 PCs for example to use only this connection and not be connected to the other 2?
