Is balance 20 as good or better than Cicsco RV082?

Hi everyone
sorry for my english

I have some problem with my rv082 like not able to switch back to primary wan in my vpn tunnel(gateway site-to-site) when the primary come back online it always stay on backup tunnel. I need to manually stop the backup tunnel to reconnect to primary.
is the balance 20 able to to switch back to primary automatically ?

also I need some balancing,dhcp relay and protocol binding to specific wan like smtp,http…

still can do this ?

is the balance 20 as good as rv082 for skype/voip, firewall ?

I had no ends of problems with the Cisco product for dual-wan configuration. Then I installed my Balance 20 Thu Jul 14 14:52:10 EDT 2011, and it’s been largely smooth sailing ever since.
