Hi,
How can I use the AP AC One Mini in an IPv6 network? Where can I enable IPv6 support (not available under WAN settings), so that it asks for IPv6 address vom DHCPv6 server?
You can not. It does not support IPv6.
I don’t know if this helps… I have IPv6 working on my apple devices connected to 3 AP AC One Mini’s using a Max Transit as a controller. The Max Transit has IPv6 enabled for pass-through to my T-Mobile Home internet router. I have it working on 2 iPhones and 1 iPad, so it’s technically possible, but the Peplink equipment isn’t doing much other than passing the requests along to the T-Mobile router. I have tested via the IPv6 test pages and everything is working properly. Out of 38 devices on my network, only 7 support and connect to IPv6… 3 Windows 10 computers, 2 iPhones, 1 iPad, and 1 Xbox… so I see why Peplink hasn’t made IPv6 a priority.
Thanks for clarification @MartinLangmaid and @Legionetz ! I appreciate. I just wondered, whether the AP AC One Mini doesn‘t pull an IPv6 IP for himself but the balance one does.
Added this to feature requests.
Kind regards,
