Hi Team,

Could you add more troubleshooting information in the IPSec VPN event log,like IKE Phase 1 is initiated, connection success for P1 and which proposal is used, and the same for IPsec Phase2?
Also what proposal is expected from other side.

Sometimes, we don’t have information on the other side and to perform a quick troubleshooting, it will be easier. Maybe that’s already exist but I don’t find it.

Hi,

Logs are indeed very poor on IPSEC side for troubleshooting.
Also when IPSEC is successfull other debug tools (ping, traceroute) are poor and even not working properly in Fusionhub severs.

The only way today is to capture a trace in “support.cgi” and analyse it with Wireshark.
