IPsec VPN Problem

HI all,

We implement Peplink product supported our Global branches using IPsec VPN connect.
But, we meet some issue and cannot find root cause. Detail information as below:

A site:
Peplink Balance 580
LAN : 10.20.0.0/16

B Site: Juniper SRX 240H
LAN : 10.10.0.0/16 and 10.100.0.0/16

We had check IPSec VPN Setting between A & B Site, but the error log always coming. (as below Pic.)

Does anyone ever meet this situation? Due to huge network IP Segment?
