I’m having an issue with my Peplink Balance 1350, after upgrading to 7.1 Firmware.
I have an IPSec VPN connection to AWS (Amazon Web Services) that has been working flawlessly until now.
What I found out is that the Preshared Key uses a character “_” (underscore) at the end, but the my Peplink doesn’t seem to like it by deleting it after I hit SAVE 
I would just change the password on the other side and voila! …unfortunately it’s not as simple as that on the AWS side. It’s an automated process and cannot be changed manually. It forces us (me and Amazon) to issue a process to change it and hope that the character is not there again… that would forces us to do it all over again and again.
Have anyone relate to this?
