Please see the attached screenshot of the IPsec tunnel status. The tunnel appears to be only partially established.
What is the cause of that status?

Check the other side of the ipsec tunnel.

you have the same network ip address… but other gateways for the same network.
Please…
Check the other side of this ipsec tunnel… or all configuration of the peplink side.
The other side is not under my management, but I checked with them. Nothing changes.
