IOS app problem

Hello,

My IOS Peplink utility app no longer works. I’m using the Balance one with 6.3 firmware and IOS 9.3. I keep getting “Please input a valid host name or IP address”. I’ve tried x combinations, what am I missing???!??

Hello,

Was it previously working? If so, any recent changes?

Hostname/IP is WAN of the Balance. Can you ping that IP remotely?

Thanks for the quick reply. It was working before and I can access the balance from the web config page. I’m not very good at IT, how do I find the “WAN of the Balance”??
