Invalid Firmware

I am trying to update the firmware of my Pepwave AP One 300M. I am manually uploading file fw-AP_One-3.4.1-1406.img using the Peplink Balance 50 AP Toolbox. It is saying it is an invalid firmware pack.

You need to upload firmware pack instead of AP firmware. Please download from here.
