Introducing Peplink’s New NA & EU eSIM Data Plans

Peplink is pleased to introduce a new set of eSIM data plans we’re calling our “NA & EU” plans. The new plans aim to provide an easy and affordable way for users to add “backup Internet” to their network.

Benefits of Peplink’s NA & EU eSIM data plans:

  1. Easy - Easiest way to provide backup cellular data with a router - it can be pre-installed with the router via eSIM, and can be “topped up” from the Peplink app or via InControl in a few steps.
  2. Affordable - For occasional backup use, it’s one of the most affordable options available - providing multi-carrier backup starting at under $7/mo retail cost for a customer.

Plan Availability

  1. Available for purchase through our partners, on the Peplink App, and on our eStore.
  2. Coverage - NA & EU plans have multi-carrier geographic coverage in specific countries and regions*, including the US, Canada and many EU countries. By providing limited coverage, we’re able to offer more attractive pricing.

*You can find a complete list of coverage countries, regions and carriers here.

Can I use this eSIM on mobile phone to connect to internet?

@Emily_Cheng
What is the price per GB when you run out?
Do you get a e-mail notice when the data plan is used up?

Sure you can. I am using that when I travel around too. :slight_smile:

Great. I understand that this is eSIM. Some devices still need physical SIM, do you plan to offer similar service on SIM as well?

Yes, we’ll have a physical SIM offering too. Please stay tuned!

Where is the exit point for the NA eSIMs? I.E. does it give you an IP located in the US?

I never saw a response to this message?

Hi @Jonathan_Pitts, this is a prepaid plan. If the customer’s data runs out, they need to buy it again for more data. Additionally, we don’t have an email notice at the moment, but we have a plan to develop this feature in the future.
